The Dragonfly in Massey

The only thing better than the amazing food was the Fantastic service. Prices are very very reasonable. Best of all the decor is nicer than any place I've ever seen before. Just absolutely fantastic.

Was there with friends last night February 18 2018Three of us ordered steak is was horrible they poured gravy over a sirloin steak who does that !!!!!!! To hide something....... stomach was upset about 20-30min after we left ....We should have complained but were too tired was .a long day just wanted to get home. one waitress working by herself not cool we saw couple guest walk out as they weren’t being served. Overall very disappointed was there over a year ago and the service and food was much better gone drastically downhill since then sadly

Good food, great service, friendly atmosphere.

Apple, Tangerine, spinach, goat cheese salad was excellent. Also the French onion soup was delicious.Would recommend the food and the decor.

Best pasta I have had in years, great staff . Check out the men's washroom spent 10 minutes reading the walls.

Dragonfly is an absolute gem; the decor is in keeping with the name, there are uniquely created masterpices of dragonflies adorning the establishment. Their washrooms are equally decorated with masterpieces of every theme. Now let me describe the food. The owner/chef is a culinary master...the food is extremly tasty, each dish is crafted as a work of art... such taste, so delicious words cannot express the experience. This is a must visit restaurant in the town of Massy ON. One you will definetly savour in more was than one.

Another visit to this tiny village and of course we had to stop and fill up on huge lunches at the Dragonfly. Actually, its the only reason you need to stop. Great meals with great service.

Closed because it was hot. When the only restaurant in town closes early on a Saturday night after you've been on the road all day, suddenly Massey feels a bit too small to stay in comfortably.

Good portions of food.

The food was good and clearly prepared with care, portions are very large and I could easily have gotten two meals from my dinner. Staff take pride in their work and the place is stunningly clean despite all the intricate decorations. Bathrooms are intensely unique.

Went here years ago and remembered the food was amazing!

Good service and good food.

We were extremely disappointed with the dinner experience we just had -- especially after reading all the decent reviews. Raven, the waitress was a bit bitchy, soup of the day was a cheap canned soup, the fries were so salty we couldn't even eat them, and at least a 1/4 cup of oil poured out of my veggie wrap. Chicken BLT was decent, but the food was extremely overpriced given the lack of quality.

The chef has been there 17 years. He does a fantastic job. Three of us had different entries and l had Carbonara. I had it there probably 17 years ago and it’s just as delicious as l remembered. The best l have ever had anywhere in Ontario. I’m so happy we stopped their today instead of grabbing fast food. The prices are so very reasonable.

Reasonable portion, not crazily priced, but some eccentric stuff on the menu that I can't imagine would be in season mid winter. I just stuck with some pasta, and it wasn't bad.

The last 2 times we stopped by to eat on the way through from travelling it was closed. Web site said it was opened. Very disappointed.

The food is a little pricey; but worth every penny!!! :-) the staff was very welcoming and helpful on the recommendations of their menu...my experience was outstanding!!! The men's bathroom decor was a plus...Well worth the wait. Stop by, and check it out for yourself...you won't leave disappointed

DELICIOUS.In my experience, a lot of small towns lack in their availability of good, tasty, restaurants that have variety. The town of Massey is lucky to have a restaurant that doesn't fall into this category.Dragonfly is fantastic. Great selection of food (a huge variety: fish, pasta, bbq, asian, burgers/wraps, the list goes on!)My husband and I could smell the food as soon as we arrived and everything smelled fantastic. The food did not dissapoint. Waitress was lovely as well.

Right off the Trans-Canada in Massey. Very good service and food. A very nice break in our travels and different from the the fast food corporate stop.

Had the Meatball Panini it was very good. The server was was friendly and interesting to talk to.

The prices were higher than expected, but when I saw the portions other patrons had I understood. Shared the steak and chipotle wrap with my wife and we both enjoyed the taste. Service was excellent also.

Best food for your buck. Great staff too. We won a free dinner for two which included appetizers, entrees, meal, drinks and dessert. We live in Verner but we make a trip here every two months because the food is so good.

Fantastic food! We stopped in after travelling all day and arrived 15 minutes before close. Our server Barb was friendly and provides excellent customer service. The amazing jambalaya portion was large, more than enough for one person. My husband had chicken stir fry and it was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Nice small restaurant to stop at for lunch or dinner. They serve home cooked meals with a lot of flavour and the prices are very reasonable. Great selection on their menu.

If you're passing through, check this place out. We were a party of 15, and with only two staff they served us all promptly and politely. Food was too notch. The decor is wonderful!

I only stopped while on a long trip but the carpark was full and looked like a favourite with the locals. I was really surprised by the menu and options available. A good mix of classics and new flavours, as well as catering to gluten free needs.The service was friendly and the decor was kitschy and fun.

Really great carbonara! So much so I haven't tried anything else on the menu yet! Lol
